This taco bell is disappointing. Not only do they continuously mess up our order, their employees are very rude. Examples of such actions would Include screaming at customers and being smart at the order window. Today while ordering, my mother ordered two T7's by themselves and she proceeded to say that we did not want T7's and we reclaimed that we did and she said that is not what we ordered. After a couple of minutes of going back and forth with the employee yelling at my mother, the employee finally understood our order. Many other similar experiences have occurred in my times visiting this Taco Bell.

The food is good but they are sooooo sloww, it's frustrating. I always come here too so it's not like they had one bad day..everytime it takes foreverrrrr

That short latina that Works in the morning has a ugly attitude,Looks like she dont like her job ,Does not know how to Take care of her customers She slammed the food bag in the window and said "HERE" in a bad tone. i only Said 3 doritos tacos and she gaved me 5 , Good thing but she does not know whats she doing. She gaved me a ugly Look this Store does NOT even deserve 1 Star , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . never coming back .

I just left this place and the drive thru lady is super rude, I ordered the fiesta taco salad and told me they don't have the shell, so i told her that's fine just give me the salad without the shell. She said she couldn't do that? Wth she has all the ingredients inside to make he salad it's he same as a hard shell taco. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give me beef only steak or chicken ? Wth she told me it's extra for beef ? This is ridiculous. Never going back. And I guess she was the manager. Ahahaha ridiculous

My coworker and I were really hungry leaving work, so we stopped by wherever was closest to us and landed here. Best of two worlds when you're hungry, Taco Bell and KFC. At first we were a bit skeptical about the place as we walked in, and as we waited in line we started to notice that service was slow (took us about 5-8 min to order). But we also noticed that only one person was working at the register and putting up with all these very specific orders ahead of us (i.e two supreme tacos no sour cream extra tomato, 4 burritos but not with nacho cheese but shredded cheese and extra rice, you get the idea right?) And let me tell you the register worker was very patient and nice to everyone no matter what type of attitude they gave her. It was my time to order and she was as nice as she could be, even complemented my nails lol. I was done ordering and she went back to the kitchen and made my order. I swear there were 3 other people back there but I felt she was running the whole place. As I sat down and ate, I only saw a different lady at the register ONCE and then homegirl was back giving her best to the other angry people ordering. So after I noticed that I was missing the cookie that comes with my order (I ordered KFC) so I approached her about it, and then asked her for her name because I was going to write a nice review about her on Yelp. She gave me her name, which is ANNA (all caps because she deserves it) and then handed me 2 cookies!!! I honestly didn't expect two cookies but I mean I'm down with it. I gave them a 4/5 because the restroom wasnt working, they were out of honey, ketchup, Pepsi and some hot sauces, but you all should've seen how well and professional Anna held herself with all these people talking smack to her because they were out of those things. She even let a person know that the laundromat next door had public restrooms and the person thanked her (he didn't even order). This is my first time writing a long Yelp review about an establishment, but Anna was the only reason I did this. Anna gets a 5/5
